The ARC serves as fiscal intermediary (FI) for individuals receiving services from either CMH or MORC.  This unique program allows individuals to hire staff of their own choice, allowing them control in who assists them with the most intimate details of their personal care and in all aspects of their lives.

Dependent on the individual's needs as specified through the person-centered planning process and contracts with either CMH or MORC, the ARC performs all duties as fiscal agent on behalf of the individual, including but not limited to, criminal background checks, driver's license checks, wage payment, payroll deductions, unemployment and worker's compensation insurance, federal and state tax issues, and maintenance of all required supportive documentation.
