The ARC believes in community employment, with appropriate supports, for people with disabilities. We realize all people are capable of learning and benefit from being valued and participating members of their community, including the personal satisfaction derived from being employed. We offer several employment alternatives beyond working within our Manufacturing Center, including enclaves at community sites to supported competitive employment.
